Actually, it is combined sewer overflow pollution  which is the discharging
of raw sewage into our lakes, rivers, estuaries, harbors and oceans....

Yeah, I can really see the presidential candidates talking about raw sewage
issues during their debates and seven-second tv spots..... HA!!!!....
