NYCkayaker Boathouses and Waterfronts

 There are multiple pages in the master plan addressing  the construction of
new marinas ,new powerboat launching sites, slings for big boat removal and
a boat yard repair operation, I am sure both gas and diesel fuel pumps will
be included.  I guess they want to continue the historic portion of the
Brownfield area by moving the toxins to the water. The planners have seen
fit to figure out a way to call the sidewalk thru this private marina an
open area public esplanade. They have even thought out the type of
aesthetically pleasing fencing along this esplanade to insure the security
of the marina. Maybe a slate/ mushroom themed razor wire with little
sailboats on top?
