Hi Steve,
What a waste of Government time and money.   Another example of a bloated
beauracracy with not enough of actual importance to do.   Those rangers could
actualy be useful if they were tasked to pick up trash or something similar with
their free time.   Did they think you were an illegal alien trying to access the
shores of America, a terrorist, or an enviromental threat to the ecology of the
beach?
