NYCkayaker No. of kayakers using Hudson River

I think there are more people using it than could be counted... How far up
along the Hudson do you want to go? You should contact the clubs like the
Inwood Canoe Club and the Yonkers Paddling and Rowing Club (YPRC) and Sebego
and Atlatic Kayak Tours and private clubs like the Palisades Boat Club. It's
a good question, but I know that there are many paddlers who don't go out
with clubs and those who are one timers and rent from places in Piermont.
And don't forget the downtown Boathouse, and the JSSKA. But I am sure it is
many more than we imagine. Some of these organizations have free programs
for students and adults alike.
