What's the big deal????? The eagle probably felt the paddlers were too close
to the nest; or maybe it just didn't like the paddlers in the area; or
perhaps they were there for too long. Who know why animals do things they
do. It wouldn't be the first time I heard of such incidents. I am inclined
to think that this attack was more of a fluke than a common event. But why
would you want to ID the paddler????? Please explain....
