Hello

We are trying to free state epf grant funds allocated to city parks on
behalf of our sbx community to implement waterfront access and
programming...


It would be helpful if folks can share sample language/description/proposal
language that already exists for

Container style boathouse

Programming description

Budget for equipment

Description of equipment

And related text words etc that we will use to push city parks to move
forward on this

We have all this already, but more examples, samples will help us craft the
most compelling case

Also any connections/help to get city parks to do this will be welcome.
