Yesterday, Going Coastal released a waterproof  NYC Watertrail Map & Guide at an event staged at Brooklyn's Valentino Pier.  The map, developed in partnership with NYC Parks and supported by I Love NY tourism campaign, shows 28 legal launch access points. 10,000 maps are available at city parks, boathouses, paddling and rowing clubs, outfitters and retailers.
