This is a very nice product, a really good job , and even better a work in
progress so it will continue to improve.
I like the safety items they mention be prepared to swim and wear footwear
due to glass and metal on the bottom. 
This chapter is a bit disturbing
"Because the waters can be polluted, boaters should avoid water contact to
the greatest degree possible. Swimming, water skiing, windsurfing, scuba
diving or practicing immersion escape techniques in the water to which the
launch site give access are prohibited"
There are no swimming qualities monitoring stations along the Hudson south
of croton Point Park in Westchester. Since the paddle sports  people are
always trying to correct the media's  dismal portrayal of the Hudson  water
quality, regular testing could corroborate the quality.
