Oh this is just great. LEt's just make the whole NY
Harbor a security zone and to pay for all this
silliness, lets set up toll gates for all ships
entering and leaving to pay for all this.... this is
what happens when people become fixated on a job
positions. ... all justified by government in the name
of "this is for your own good"
