NYCkayaker Harriman Park-Thanks!

I am delighted at the number of very welcoming responses I received when I sent my inquiry about members of the group that kayak the lakes in Harriman.? I will try to answer each individually.? In particular, members of the Sebago Canoe Club overwhelmingly had a message of "pull up to the dock and say 'hello'."? You might have seen us, we both paddle Wilderness Systems Cape Horns, mine a yellow 17 footer, hers, a blue 14 footer.? I'm the guy wildly thrashing a fly rod around while trying to keep from capsizing.? I am sometimes unsuccessful in the fishing and the upright orientation.? This is clearly a fine group of people.? We don't venture towards the waters of the city since we can enjoy our pastime so close by with Harriman, Monksville and the Hudson in the Nyack/Haverstraw area.?
