NYCkayaker Redhook landing folks?

Any folks on here that use the redhook landing?

I'm looking for some place in red hook not too far from the landing, a
yard or alleyway would do fine, to pay a bit of rent to chain my 9
foot ocean kayak up so I can wheel it to the landing over the spring
and summer.

Any takers, thoughts or suggestions?

Also, how's the currents over at that landing?

Thanks!!

Dave
