NYCkayaker Bannerman Benefit Canceled!!

I regret to announce that we are canceling the benefit for Bannerman's 
Island and the HRWA. To those of you who sent in checks, they will be 
returned in the mail next week.

Unfortunately, while interest in the trip was high, it seems that our 
choice of weekends was low. I got multiple e-mails from people who wanted 
to attend, but simply could not, due to other commitments.

Is it worth while trying to schedule it again, say as a fall foliage 
trip???
