Hi Monica -
I ran a couple of trips there for Sebago last Fall. The Graveyard IS being cleaned out & I'm told that a lot of the hulks have been removed, but last October there was still absolutely enough to make it worth the trip.
The put-in I use is at Conference House Park. It's on the NYC Watertrail -

You carry your kayaks down a little path at the north side of the bandstand/pergola thing.
You'll start seeing hulks right after the Outerbridge Crossing, but the main graveyard is off Rossville. Zoom in on Satellite & you'll see what you're after.

I usually plan my trip so that we get to the Graveyard right around high water so there's a little current assist both ways. Very nice paddle.
