I'm not sure how your email responds to mine, sent to this list, about NYC
Water Trail Guides.
Regardless, are you talking about the Papscanee Island Nature Preserve?
>From what I've seen in a quick internet search, Campbell Island part seems
to be private and for sale.
Please elaborate on the possibilities for public camping.
