them here on our mailing list, please send them to calendar at hrwa.org and
provide:
event title
date
time (start and approximate end)
location
brief description of the event
contact information
sponsoring organization's name and web address

if you'd like them posted on the nyc wtaer trail calendar as well, please
indicate that on the email.
