NYCkayaker NYC Trathlon July 18th! But-- You can drop off boat July 17th.

Mark it on your calendar if you would like to volunteer to do kayak support for the NYC Triathlon on a very early morning--July 18th. We paddle down from the DTBH @ 56th St. to the secured drop off kayak location at the grassy area by the 79th Street Boat Basin Restauran--t the day before.Even if you are just paddling up to the 79th Street boat basin in the wee early hours of the Tri-just send me an email anyway-- so I know how many kayakers to gather.We do the paddle down the day before because it is a very early start on July 18th. Also the Triathlon kayak location is almost impossible to car top to on the morning of the Tri. So much is going on.... This way we can just have breakfast at the 79th Street boat basin spot and jump in our kayaks.The Nautica folks throw the kayakers a nice dinner a few days later.If you would like to help out please contact me back channel---- as it gets closer to the date.A swim support class will be taught at 56th Street
