[NYCkayaker] Greenpoint Boathouse project gets final approval!

City Parks Foundation has announced the release of the letter of approval
from NYC DEC for the Newtown Creek Environmental Fund Projects, which
includes the construction of the Greenpoint Boathouse and Education Center!

NYCWTA applauds all groups and individuals who worked so hard to make this
