Small caution, learned the hard way: The page in question doesn't work
with Chrome. Use IE if possible, as D & B recommends.
The processing mechanism will post the spinning icon with a note that
registration might take a few minutes and that you should not refresh or
reload or try to advance or go back. But if you're using Chrome, there's
nothing happening, as a D & B employee just explained. Strongly advised me
to use IE.
HarborLAB is registered, but trying to spare others any grief.
