Agree with Katherine ... 
AND, it would be good to ask the PIP Commission put pressure on the marine concessionaire  to do clean up work. 
Sincethe marine concessionaire took over the marine concession several years back they;
 
1. Made the area more dumpy looking 
2. Cut down all the trees in the north parking lot
3. Filled up that parking lot with winter storage boats.
4. Have migrated into the south lot filling that (almost) with winter storage boats

How about cleaning the beach at the north end of englewood boat basin - it awful
