Dear East River Stakeholder,

After more than a year of community meetings and planning and design
work, we are unveiling the final recommendations of theEast River
Blueway Plan!

Please join Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer, Assemblymember
Brian Kavanagh, the NYS Department of State, Community Boards 3 & 6,
the LES Ecology Center and WXY architecture + urban design for a
special presentation on waterfront improvement projects from the
Brooklyn Bridge to East 38th Street and a panel discussion on storm
resiliency strategies for the area. There will also be an opportunity
for questions and answers from the audience.

The event will be Thursday, May 2nd from 6:00 – 8:00pm at Cooper
Union, Fredrick P. Rose Auditorium, 41 Cooper Square(Third Avenue
between 6th and 7th Streets).
