[NYCkayaker] Recreational Water Advisory for Hudson and East Rivers until 4:00 PM Today

Thanks Rick.

Any idea what time the releases started, when they ended, and how much
sewage was released overall? Was the release point the North River plant,
or were there multiple release points up and down the West Side? Was all of
the sewage treated with bleach, or just some of it? And can you share the
results of the DEP's extra water tests with this list as they become
available?
