[NYCkayaker] SUP's and pfd's - citations issued

I've gotten stopped twice by the harbor patrol for infringeing on Ellis Island.  Sometimes the buoys are hard to see but it is supposed to be 150 yards as I recall.  So far I've just gotten warnings.  Also you're supposed to have ID; if you don't they can fine you even more.

I believe the white cans around Liberty Island are 100 or 150 yards?  People remind me?
